runwithitcreative graphic design + illustration is an online shop, but it is owned and operated out of Pittsburgh, PA.
All runwithitcreative items are produced in-house in the City of Bridges – Pittsburgh, PA.

"I want to share some runwithitcreative love as a gift. Where do you ship?

First off - lemme give ya a high-five for gifting! runwithitcreative can be shipped anywhere in the U.S.A. Also, I will be happy to write a gift note and wrap it beautifully. Once your items ship, you will receive a tracking number to easily follow their journey.

"Oh no, how do I edit, change or cancel my order?"

Hey, this stuff happens. We might be holding a parking space with a chair n’at on the Southside, things change and that’s okie-dokie! 

Most orders can be edited, changed or cancelled within 1 business day. If you need to make a change just simply reply to your confirmation email and I will get back to you faster than a Boston runnah.

"I don’t like to be a whiner, but something is wrong with my order. What do I do?"

First of all, if you are upset, then I am upset. That is just a fact. Consider me your empath, I feel your pain from here. If your order is damaged, defective, you never received it, or just flat out is not what you ordered (I hope that never happens), please respond to your confirmation email immediately (within 1 week).

Once I receive notification of your issue, I will respond as fast as I can run with some follow up questions and work quickly to resolve any issues.
