Q. Where do you ship?
A. Anywhere in the USA.
Q. What is the Estimated Delivery Time?
A. Most items will deliver within 7-12 business days. The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. Holiday surges in ordering may affect this timeline as well, I will do my best to inform you of delays in advance. If you have concerns on a late shipment please reach out.
Q. Will I get my order in one shipment?
A. No, not always. Your order may be split into multiple shipments due to products ordered and the best way to package them. Some products are individually packaged to ensure their shape and provide extra cushion and durability.
Returns and exchanges
Q. Can I exchange/return my ordered products?
A. If you haven’t received your order or notice an issue with the products, please reach out and I will help you get it resolved.
Q. Oops, I need a size exchange, what do I do now?
A. I’m so sorry you miscalculated the products you received. Unfortunately, many of my items are created specifically for you based on your selections. At this time I am not able to process these types of returns.
Q. Undeliverable Address?
A. Whoa? Like the song goes…”Return to Sender, Address Unknown?” It looks like your address might not be matching up with the mail carriers and delivery people. Don't worry, if they can't find it, your items will come back to me safe and sound. I'll hustle to get them back out to you, but just a heads-up, if the address needs some extra detective work, there might be a small reshipment fee once we've cracked the code on your new address, okay?

Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date. You can reach out via the Contact Me form on my Shop page.
